At present，there are two production processes in wood plastic profile extrusion line, they are one step way and two steps way. PVC wood plastic production line adopts the one step way, PE/PP wood plastic production line adopts the two step ways. The screws and barrel is treated by bimetal treatment, it has the feature of wearable and anti-erode. good plasticization, high capacity, energy saving; wood powder and the other wooden fiber can be added to PE/PVC material The wood powder or plant fiber in PE/PP/PVC material can be put up to max.50-75%.This equipment is an ideal choice for customers who want to produce wood tray, decoration panel indoors and outdoors floor,fences,warehouse plate and outdoors decorative material and so on.
